We follow the following practices for Security and Confidentiality of Your data!
- Every user is identified by a 12 digit alpha-numeric code. When a Capximizee (organization searching for capacity) searches for Capximizers (those organizations offering capacity) on our platform, the search results of Capximizees are shown via a 12 digit ID. No names are shared in the search. The Capximizee's name is shared with the Capximizer only later after taking your consent.
- Each user on login can see only his organization's data and not of any other organization
- A 2-Factor Authentication for registration and login
- All confidential data is stored in encrypted form
- Ours is a HTTPS secured platform
- Having a strong password is mandatory requirement, and sharing of passwords is restricted
- Firewalls have been provided to eliminate possible intrusion
- Regular data and software back-ups are done
